Do I need to create an account?
No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account at Poshak Point allows you to:
- Save delivery addresses
- Track your orders
- View previous orders
- Enjoy a faster checkout experience
What if I forget my password?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your registered email address. Password reset instructions will be sent to your email.
How can I update my shipping or billing details?
Login to your account and go to My Account to update your address, phone number, email, or password.
How do I place an order?
Simply:
- Select your favorite product
- Choose size/color (if applicable)
- Click Add to Cart
- Proceed to checkout
- Enter your delivery details
- Select payment method
- Click Place Order
You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
After placing your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email or message with your order details.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

We use trusted courier services including TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, M&P, TRAX, and DHL for international deliveries.
What if I am unavailable during delivery?
The courier company may attempt delivery again. If delivery fails multiple times, the parcel may be returned to Poshak Point.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to track your parcel online.
