Do I need to create an account?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account at Poshak Point allows you to:

  • Save delivery addresses
  • Track your orders
  • View previous orders
  • Enjoy a faster checkout experience

What if I forget my password?

Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your registered email address. Password reset instructions will be sent to your email.

How can I update my shipping or billing details?

Login to your account and go to My Account to update your address, phone number, email, or password.

How do I place an order?

Simply:

  2. Choose size/color (if applicable)
  3. Click Add to Cart
  4. Proceed to checkout
  5. Enter your delivery details
  6. Select payment method
  7. Click Place Order

The courier company may attempt delivery again. If delivery fails multiple times, the parcel may be returned to Poshak Point.
